1 Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in this document carry the meanings defined below:

"Platform" — The 777up website, mobile version, and all related services.
"User" / "You" — Any individual registered on 777up who uses the platform's services.
"We" / "Company" — The authority operating 777up.
"Account" — The personal profile created through registration on the platform.
"Wager" / "Bet" — Money placed to participate in any game or event on the platform.
"Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits given to users by the platform.
"BDT / ৳ / Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka, the platform's primary currency.

In these terms, use of the singular also refers to the plural and vice versa. Where any term is ambiguous, the Company's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at 777up, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration will be considered a breach of these terms.

Registration Requirements

Each individual may open only one account — operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
Only one account per household is permitted.
An active mobile number and valid identification document may be required for registration.
777up reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification documents may be requested for withdrawals above a certain amount or at any time at the Company's discretion. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

Security Tip

Keep your account details secure and never share them with any third party. 777up will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 777up platform:

You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
You must be accessing from an area or region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
Your account must not have been previously permanently closed.
You are betting of your own free will and with your own money — playing on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

Important Warning

Allowing minors to gamble or access an account is strictly prohibited. If proven, the account will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited. 21+

4 Account Security & Password

Keeping your 777up account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

777up will not be held responsible for any activity carried out by a third party using your account — all activity performed using your login credentials is your responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The rules governing financial transactions on the 777up platform are described below. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Accepted Payment Methods

777up supports only the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. We are not responsible for funds sent through any other method.

Limits & Schedule

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.

Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met. A withdrawal request may be cancelled if wagering is incomplete. Large withdrawal requests cannot be submitted until identity verification is complete.

Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are completed within 1 hour. Additional time may be required in special circumstances or while a verification process is ongoing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777up offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳12,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met after receiving a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
777up reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its discretion.
Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program

777up's VIP programme has five tiers, each offering special benefits:

Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting activity on 777up:

General Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
777up reserves the right to cancel any bet confirmed with incorrect odds or amounts due to a technical error.
If a bet is left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection, the platform's records shall be considered final.
No bet will be accepted once the balance is exhausted.

Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in sports betting — such as match results, run totals, wickets, and more. The rules for each market are detailed in the relevant section.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777up platform:

Bonus abuse or bonus hunting — systematically placing minimum-risk bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
Using multiple accounts to benefit from the same promotion.
Interfering with or gaining unauthorised access to the platform's software.
Using automated bots or software to place bets.
Attempting to access another user's account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
Operating an account under a false identity.
Threatening, harassing, or displaying disrespectful behaviour towards other users.

Warning on Consequences

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the permanent closure of the account, and the associated balance may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

9 Responsible Play

12 Account Suspension & Closure

777up may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following situations:

Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
Registration using false or incomplete information.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Failure to complete account verification.
At the user's own request (responsible gaming limits).

Voluntary account closure by the user

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed — however, any portion tied to active bonus conditions that have not been met will be forfeited.

13 Changes & Updates to Terms

777up reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Applicable notice will be provided before changes take effect — however, in the case of urgent changes, they may take effect without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
